Famous villas in Malvazinky I and their stories We will tell you who Malvazinky is named after and learn about its history. We'll walk through the picturesque Malvazinky colony and discuss its history, see Otakar Chodounsky's important functionalist villas, pass by the Malvazinky estate to the location where popular Czech Christmas film Pelíšky was filmed, and talk about the history of Sanopz. We will reach Na Václavce and U Nikolajky streets, where there are 4 beautiful villas from the beginning of the 20th century. We will learn surprising information about their architects and the interesting fates of their former and current owners. Around the Evangelical Church we will make a small detour to the beautiful Villa Santa and Villa Na Doubkové and learn about their owners. We will finish the walk in the Na Skalce orchards and we will talk about their history.
