Stories of famous villas in Malvaziky II and Mrázovka

At the house of Karel and Jana Teige, we will learn not only about the Devětsil association and the collective houses, but also the incredible history of Karel Teige and his two partners. We'll walk down Cihlářka Street, where we have several gems - Treybal's Villa (we'll talk about the architect and the owner), Winternitz's Villa (we'll talk about the architect and the sad story of its inhabitants). We will continue past the dilapidated Sanopz and see where the Cihlářka Estate is located. In U Mrázovky Street we will see the functionalist villas of Ernst Mullstein and Victor Furth and the Preiss Villa, once occupied by four top communist leaders. We will see the extraordinary Pick's villa and find out who was its owner. And also learn the sad story of the dilapidated neighbouring houses. We will pass by the Villa U Blaženky and go to another villa of Oldřich Schuller which disappeared and reappeared. Finally, we will pass by the Mrázovka stadium to a nice and little-known view of Prague.
